All our prices and services that are pre-paid & pre-booked are Guaranteed, receipted in writing by email ( usually same day ) & also by post ( usually 3 -5 working days ) Should there be different requirements for your hire, there will be additional premium charges & fees that you will need to pay for – Subject to availability – ALL AREAS / VEHICLES / PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
For your comfort & safety – optimum seating comfort is allocated at 67 kilograms per seat belted position – We will NOT overload or weight overload our vehicle’s.
Before enquiring, please note the following information will be required before availability and an accurate quote can be provided :
Day and date you require a vehicle
Total or maximum number of passengers or the model / size of vehicle you would like
Requested vehicle pick up time AND suburb
Requested arrival time at your destination AND destination suburb
Any special requests – including additional pickups, champagne, etc
Each of these items are required to provide an ACCURATE quote, as each quote is based on exactly WHAT YOU REQUIRE AND REQUEST- not a hourly rate – but as YOU request. Remember, we are here to help you. Accurate details initially will ensure we provide the quality of service you deserve. If you can supply accurate info – you shall receive accurate availability and price.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
(1) 1) Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are acknowledged when payment is made. No payment – No booking. Your payment needs to be received, processed & cleared for booking to proceed.
We can also offer you a deposit / part payment or instalment price if you would like – Your choice…Just ask us…
(2) Payments are non-refundable upon cancellation of the booking, unless we are able to re-book the allocated limousine. An accounting fee of 50% of the initial payment will then apply.
(3) Payments will not be refunded if cancellation takes place within 1 (one) calendar month prior to the booking.
(4) No Compensation will be made in any form if any service of the driver and vehicle/s is terminated early, for whatever reason.
(5) Please ensure to check your allocated time, as extensions and / or alterations may not be possible due to other commitments. Waiting time may be charged at an additional fee of FROM $115 per 15 minutes (subject to availability).
(6) Due to unforeseen circumstances, vehicles may be subject to change.
(7) No personal items can be left within the vehicle/s at any time.
(8)Where corkage is required that is NOT prebooked then a minimum charge of at least $45 will be automatically charged to your credit card on file-Fee is to cover glass,ice, corkage, service, cleaning fee & additional time.
(9) Queensland Transport Public Passenger Act Part9 Section8 (2) states A person must not consume food or beverages in a public passenger vehicle…
(10) Our limousines are built to Australian Design Rule specifications, where optimum seating comfort is allocated at 67 kilograms per seat belted position. The luggage carrying capacity of the boot in any stretch limousine is not increased from the standard equivalent sedan when the vehicle is stretched. Any excess luggage is at your cost & responsibility.
(11) Where possible, please ensure there is sufficient space eg 2 normal car park lengths – in front of the pick up / drop off address for a super stretch of up to 10 metres in length to park safely. This will hopefully ensure you do not need to walk any further than necessary to, or from, your super stretch
